Once a South Sider, always a South Sider!

This South Sider came back with pride in his heart and his report card in hand to share his success! We LOVE seeing our students shine, even after they leave our halls. Way to go! Keep making us proud! 💚

Our 4th graders had PERFECT ATTENDANCE THREE DAYS THIS WEEK! 🙌💚

Showing up every day matters! Every day in school is an opportunity to learn something new, build friendships, and keep growing. We are so proud of our 4th graders for showing up, putting in the work, and getting after it! 💪📚

Let’s keep that momentum going, 4th grade! Way to show up and make it count! 💚

Today, we held our first all-school PBIS Awards Assembly! 💚

We celebrated students who exemplified our Life Skill of the Month—Empathy—as well as students who consistently live up to their class Social Contract each day.

We are empowering our students to live up to their greatest potential by recognizing the positive choices, character, and leadership they demonstrate every day.

And the best part? Today’s assembly was completely student-led! Our students welcomed staff and classmates, explained the awards, and helped celebrate their peers. We are so proud of the leadership they demonstrated!

What a great way to celebrate who we are and who we are becoming at South Side! 💚
