🏈💛Go Jimtown! 💛🏈
Our students in Mrs. Reppert’s Life Skills program teamed up with Work Based Learning students to deliver treats to the football lockers, generously provided by our Football Team Moms. We love seeing students work together, support one another, and cheer on our Jimmies!
Tonight at 7:00 PM, our Jimmies take the field for their away game at Dowagiac Union High School. Good luck, team—bring that Jimtown pride! 💪🏈
Interested in Unified Track? We need athletes and partners to join the team. Be part of something bigger! 🎉

🎨 What a wonderful day of hands-on learning for Mrs. Reppert’s high school Life Skills class! Our students joined the Baugo Young Adult Program for an art lesson with local artist Sunday Mahaja.

Students created canvas still-life paintings of classroom items—bowls and laundry detergent—using the impasto technique. They learned about this textured painting method and its use by Vincent van Gogh. They also explored Sunday’s artwork and used aluminum wire to create bicycle sculptures! 🚲

Sunday has sculptures in many states, including the large giraffe sculpture at the Elkhart Public Library. We’re grateful for opportunities like this that help our students build skills, explore their creativity, and learn alongside community partners.

A big thank-you to Sunday Mahaja for a great lesson and to Amy Niccum and the Baugo Young Adult Program for partnering with our class! 🌟
