The new landscaping company started this week and they have done an amazing job! Thank you to our new Chairman Billy Jack for getting estimates, and working so hard to see this implementation take place!

Ya'll don't forget to come out for Gingerbread and Coffee this Sunday for the opening weekend of "The Dogwood Trails"!! See you there!

Pilgrim Cemetery Association 2012 Financial Statement

Happy to report we had a very productive meeting:
•New officers include: Chairman- Billy Jack Wright & Secretary- Christena Hall. ReElected officers include: Treasurer- Rita Parker & all the former members of our Grounds committee. We are so thankful for their hard work and continued support!
•A New Grounds contract was approved. (Same company as Augusta Cemetery uses).
•Dogwood Trails at Pilgrim Cemetery for GingerBread & Coffee will take place on March 17, 2013.
The officers look forward to making this Historical Landmark a place we all are proud of.

I heard today that someone has offered to cut and trim for $350 per month. But its not being approved my the association.

Please be aware there is another site that pops up on Fb when you type in Pilgrim Cemetery. The other site is a place listing NOT a page listing. I'm working with Fb regarding getting it a bit less confusing. Thanks :-) P.S. you want to like the page :-)

Please also know that I hope we can get the word out about this page and get most of the families of the individuals there connected somehow. Thanks..

Placing 15 pair of chimes, multiple crosses and hanging granny swings all in one little small tree might just be your problem. Not that someone stole the items. Even with those items gone there is still a bunch of items there. Grave sites are not supposed to be cluttered up with a mass of items so that they look like a resale shop or goodwill store! I'm just saying. And for peeks sakes respect those buried around your plots, Please!
