Hello everyone! As some of you may know, over the last year there has been talks about a merger between Osolo Fire and Osolo EMS. Now, we know that may seem confusing because we both share the Osolo name so you may ask; how are we not already together? Well you see, for the last 40 years, we have been two separate corporations with one shared goal, provide the best service possible for the community. This system worked for a while but it is now time we close that chapter and begin a new one. The new one being:
Osolo Township Fire and EMS Department
Now, what does this mean for you?
In a blunt answer, nothing! We know, that might sound crazy, but here is why we say that. All that changes is now we operate as truly one. One entity, one name! Same faces, same quality of care, and the same continued goal:
Provide the best possible care for those of Osolo Township and anywhere else we may be called!
With that, there will be some small changes, mainly the look and “brand” of the department if you will. You might start seeing small changes here and there from uniforms, to logos, to even some wording on the fire trucks. But do not worry, it’s simply cosmetic. We here at Osolo Fire and EMS appreciate all of the community support and understanding as we begin this new adventure we understand there may be questions so please feel free to contact us!
