Friends of Matheson Memorial Library The Friends of Matheson Memorial Library is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the library serve the community.

The bake sale will continue on Saturday, September 19th at 9am and coincide with our monthly Book Donation Day (beginning at 10am) to support the Friends Bookstore ๐Ÿ“š

We worked, we assessed, and now the shelves (and our hearts!) are overflowing!

A huge thank you to those who were able to stop out and take part in our first Donation Day and help us fill the Friends Bookstore shelves ๐Ÿ“š we received dozens and dozens of donations and the event was able to run smoothly with the many hands of our Friends who volunteered their time.

Our first Donation Day since the grand reopening was a success and we cannot wait to hold another event on ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†, ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿด๐˜๐—ต. See you there!

The Friends book donation day is BACK!

Members of the community are encouraged to bring their gently used books and other items for donation to the Friends Bookstore on June 20th from 10am-1pm.

Items shall be assessed for acceptance by an assessor and may be rejected. Please note: This is NOT a drop off event!

Join us this Saturday, June 6th, as we celebrate the grand reopening of the Matheson Memorial Library! The Friends have put together the first run of t-shirts to show off our love for the library ๐ŸŽ‰

Shirts are available to purchase for $20.00 each (cash only, please) at the reopening event.

Shirts can also be purchased after the event by printing and completing the form in this post or completing the form at the reopening event and paying the $20.00 cash fee.
