Voting has officially closed and I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who showed up and made their voice heard.

No matter the outcome, participation is what truly matters. When we vote, we strengthen our community. We show that we care about the direction of our city, our schools, our streets and our future.

Tonight someone will win and that’s part of the democratic process. But the real victory is an engaged community that exercises its right to vote. Elections may be decided by a small margin. This is why every single ballot cast makes a difference.

Thank you for standing up, speaking out and being involved. That’s how we continue building a stronger community together. 🗳️
