Miss Elkins Area Scholarship Organization "Miss Elkins Area Scholarship org) is a licensee under the official program, Miss America IP INC.

The Miss Elkins Area pageant is an official local preliminary pageant to the Miss West Virginia/Miss West Virginia's Outstanding Teen Pageant. It helps to empower young women by providing them with a platform to enable them to speak about issues which are important to them. The program also recognizes young women for their educational achievements and community involvement.

Feeling so grateful and excited to officially share my results from the Miss West Virginia’s Teen lottery!

I am Contestant #12 in the scholarship group, and I couldn’t be more honored to be part of such an incredible group of young women. This journey is already teaching me so much, and I’m beyond ready to grow, learn, and give it my all on this stage.

There was no one who lit up the stage or filled our hearts like Shawn Nakia Law. Our hearts are breaking with his passing.

Among his starring roles: production team, cast, crew, board member, appearance scheduler, gown fluffer, talent consultant, interview panelist, and volunteer.
