Mid June edition of What's Happening At The Bend. I know I've been absent for a while, but I've got a lot going on. But the summer greens are settling in. The bend is vibrant and alive...

I've been busy, and it's been raining, but here's photos from today at the bend. The 4" of rain received has translated into everything lush and green, and the water the highest I've seen it in quite some time. Easily 4-6 feet higher than last week alone. Get out there and enjoy it!

Mondays at Marbut! Hi again, bear with me and my crazy schedule. I actually got out on a Monday for for the first time in a while. Some familiar flowers, and a few new faces today. Water is still down but everything is green, thick, and ready for the rain this week. Hope you can get out and enjoy it.

A little late on this week's "Mondays at Marbut" post. Had a long camping trip and ended up decided the knee needed a few days to rest. Anyway, everything is greening up nice despite the drought. Get out there and explore!
