If you recognize the individual or have any information that may assist with this investigation, please contact Administration immediately. Any information, no matter how small, could be helpful.

📣 ELKO BAND OCTOBER POW-WOW ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

The Elko Band is excited to announce that plans are underway for our October PowWow! We are currently looking for community members who would like to help with planning, organizing, and making this event a success.

This is a community gathering, and we need your ideas, talents, time, and support. Whether you'd like to help with setup, coordination, food stands, vendors, activities, or other planning efforts, we welcome your involvement.

So start gathering your materials, call your family and friends, and get ready to come together in celebration! And don't forget to bring plenty of change for the food stands and vendors!

More details and planning meetings will be announced soon. If you'd like to volunteer or be part of the planning committee, please reach out and join us as we prepare for this special community event. Deadline for letter of interest is Friday, July 3, 2026 .

🌿Elko Band and EPA are proud to announce our week-long Father's Day Celebration!

Beginning tomorrow and continuing through June 24, dumpsters will be distributed throughout the community to help residents clean up and beautify our neighborhoods.

As we enjoy the sunshine and celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our community, we encourage everyone to join in making our community cleaner and healthier for all.

Position: Environmental Secretary
Program: EPA
Supervisor: Environmental Coordinator
Salary: $15.00 an hour
Classification: Non- Exempt
Location: EPA Building
The Environmental Secretary will work directly under the Environmental Coordinator to assist in meeting the goals and objectives of the program in accordance with the Elko Band Council General Assistance Program.

Starting tomorrow, along with our Summer Food Program, Elko Band is providing free transportation to our Elko Indian Colony Youth to and from our Summer Food Program! Bus route will follow the normal school year route. Please plan accordingly for pickup. We look forward to this opportunity presented for our Youth🚦🚍

🍎 ELKO BAND COUNCIL SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM ☀️
Starting Tuesday, June 9th!

We're excited to announce that the Elko Band Council Summer Food Program is back! As we stock up on groceries and get the kitchen ready, we invite all community youth to join us at the Education Center for free meals throughout the summer.

🥯🍓Breakfast

🕗 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

🥪🍔Lunch

🕛 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Monday – Friday

👧👦 Kids of all ages are welcome to participate!

Come by each weekday and get your grub on with delicious meals, friends, and summer fun.

🛑Important Reminder

🚫 Absolutely NO outside food or drinks allowed.

Thank you for helping us keep our program safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. This program can be utilized by our community youth living on the Colony or those utilizing our tribal programs.

We look forward to seeing you this summer!
