Update: Commission has been able to conduct and finalize the 2026 Christmas Distribution Application during last night’s meeting. 📄 We anticipate the approval to be placed on the Elko Band Councils’ next regular open meeting’s agenda for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. We ensure during this time the drafted application will be presented.

We are looking for volunteers to help cut, split, haul, stack, and deliver firewood to our elders in the community.

If you have some time, or equipment you can bring, we’d truly appreciate your help!
