BOX AREA 0401

Engine 13 assisted on a Commercial Structure Fire. Engine 13 arrived on location taking the Second Due Engine Assignment. Engine 13’s Operator secured the First Due Engine’s water supply while the crew deployed a backup line to the roof (400’) to assist with extinguishment. Engine 13 utilized a line over ladder approach to gain access.

MVC WITH ENTRAPMENT (1301)
At approximately 15:46 Hours Singerly Fire Company was alerted for an MVC with entrapment in the 700 block of Nottingham Road. Rescue 13, DC3, AC3, and EMS arrived on location finding a dump truck vs. sedan. Crews completed a roof removal and dash lift to free the patient in the sedan. flew the patient to a local trauma center.

PUBLIC NOTICE: MARYLAND SUMMER BURN BAN

Effective June 1 through August 31, Maryland’s annual Summer Burn Ban is in effect.

The burning of brush, leaves, yard debris, and agricultural debris (without approved exceptions) is prohibited during this period.

Residents with questions regarding the burn ban are encouraged to contact Cecil County Health Department before conducting any outdoor burning activities.

At approximately 15:18 hours, the Singerly Fire Company along with mutual aid was dispatched for a Structure Fire in the 0300 box area. Engine 13 arrived as the First Due Engine with a 2 story middle of the row townhouse with smoke showing. Engine 315 arrived as the Second Due Engine assisting with fire suppression. The fire was located in the basement in a bedroom and quickly extinguished. Crews opened up and checked for extension. AC14 had command of the incident. The incident was turned over to

{05/31/2026} FIRST DUE BOX (306)
At approximately 09:20 hours, Engine 315, Rescue 13 along with mutual aid made the response to firebox 0306 for a reported structure fire in the Hollingsworth Manor community. Deputy Chief 3 arrived on location with a 1 story duplex with smoke showing and advised units shortly after that there was fire showing side charlie. Engine 315 and Rescue 13 went first due. Engine 315 began fire suppression. Rescue 13 completed the primary search and opened up. The scene was turned over to .
