The sale of delinquent 2025 tax bills by the Todd County Court Clerk's office has been scheduled for Thursday, August 13th at 9:00 a.m. If you have a delinquent 2025 property tax bill and have not entered into a payment plan with this office for that bill, you must do so no later than Friday, August 7th in order to protect the bill from the sale. If you purchased real estate in 2025 and did not receive a tax bill for that property, you should contact this office or the clerk's office to verify that the 2025 taxes were paid. Below is a list of all 2025 delinquent bills that will be offered for sale as of today July 23rd. If your tax bill appears on this list and you have entered into an installment plan or paid the bill in full, please contact this office to be sure the bill is removed from the list prior to the sale on August 13th.

It's that time of year again...

Today a total of 341 delinquent tax notices were mailed out informing taxpayers that their 2025 Todd County property taxes are delinquent. If you receive one of these letters, you should contact the Todd County Court Clerk's office to pay the bill in full OR you may contact this office to discuss a payment installment agreement.

As in previous years, if you purchased property since January 1 of 2025, and you do not recall paying the 2025 property tax bill for that property, you should contact the clerk's office or the sheriff's office to be sure the bill has been paid. The first delinquency notices are sent to the owner of the property as of January 1 of the tax year.

I am thankful for every one who has made it possible for us to be safe, have electric, be able to be on the roads, etc! But I want to say a big THANK YOU to all the dispatchers who stayed the night at the dispatch on lumpy beds, cots, air mattresses or even recliners! Thank you to the dispatchers who risked their lives driving in to answer calls! You guys do not get enough credit and you do so much! Not only answering 911 calls , sending out EMS, Fire, rescue, and police! But they also call out the road dept, call the water dept when your pipes burst, take in animal calls, get someone out when you ran off the road and got stuck. They do so much and are such a vital part of the process. So THANK YOU! Thank you for taking your job seriously, thank you to Todd County dispatchers for your service to the community. You may not be seen but you are appreciated!
