We need your help to find Cipriano Chavez, who is missing from Giles County.

The 77-year-old is 5’9”, 130 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Tuesday in Minor Hill.

He could be driving this white 2011 Ford F-150 with TN TAG 15PH69.

Cipriano has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
