We hung flags on Hwy 31 and put some on the old river bridge. Thank you to Elkton, TN Police Department for keeping the traffic at bay, TR Industrial for the use of a lift and Gilland Ag Service for the labor to get everything hung. Cason and Charlie worked almost all day making it happen.
