The Todd County Sheriff's Office would like to introduce Deputy (K9) Narko to the citizens of Todd County. Narko is the newest member of our K9 unit, with Handler Deputy Brown. Narko specializes in human tracking, article detection, suspect apprehension, and narcotics detection. This addition will enhance the safety of our Deputies along with the citizens we serve throughout Todd County. This is an addition to our agency that will also enhance the capabilities of TCSO. On February 13th, 2026, at approximately 8:11pm, Deputies were dispatched to Favorite Lotto on Hwy 79, Guthrie, for an individual jumping on the counter and acting erratic. Upon contact with Mr. Seiber, despite numerous attempts to deescalate, he became very agitated, non-compliant with verbal commands and physically resistant. Deputies arrested 38-year-old Christopher Seiber of Elkton, KY, following a struggle, a taser deployment and pepper spray use. Mr. Seiber was checked out by Todd County EMS and transported to Todd County Detention facility. Mr. Seiber was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M**h), Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree, Possession of an Alcoholic container in motor vehicle and obstruction/interference with an officer. Todd County Deputies were assisted by Guthrie Police Department and Todd County EMS.

The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) has made this Sunday-Feb15th School Resource Officer Appreciation Day!

Shoutout to our Todd County Sheriff's Office Deputy SROs (School Resource Officers) who keep our schools safe, support our students and staff, and build a stronger, connected community! From morning greetings to game nights, our SROs are always there. SROs help ensure Todd County Schools are a place where students are safe, supported and cared for.

The individual is an occupancy verifier or field service representative, that’s contracted by mortgage companies/lenders to verify if a property or properties is occupied, vacant, or abandoned. We thank the community for your vigilance and cooperation in identifying this individual.

Todd County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the individual pictured.

The Todd County Sheriff’s Office has received several complaints of suspicious activity from this unknown individual, stopping at their house, placing empty envelopes on their doors and taking pictures. The individual is driving the red SUV pictured below.

We are asking anyone with video surveillance of the exterior of their home to please review their stored footage. Additionally, if you have had contact with or know who this individual is; please contact the Todd County Dispatch at 270-265-2501.
