It’s not November quite yet but take a peek at what’s coming up!

Our Senior Nutrition meals are served at two locations in Kittitas County and are open to all seniors age 60+. Join us for a fresh, scratch-made meal and connection with friends and neighbors.

Ellensburg at Open Table Monday-Friday from 11:30-1:00 204 N. Main St.
Cle Elum at DRU BRU Tuesday-Thursday 1015 E 2nd Street11:00-12:00 -1:00 115 E 2nd Street



The Senior Nutrition and Meals-on-Wheels program in Kittitas County is funded in part by Southeast Washington Aging and Long-Term Care, Council of Governments (SE WA ALTC COG), and is an Equal Opportunity Program. FISH is hiring an Open Table Cook!

Join the team that helps prepare nutritious, flavorful meals for neighbors throughout Kittitas County.

The Open Table Cook helps prepare meals for FISH programs including Open Table, Meals on Wheels, Senior Nutrition and medically tailored meals. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy kitchen, has a strong commitment to food safety and enjoys being part of a team serving our community.

Open Table Cook
30–37 hours per week
$19–$25/hour

Previous kitchen experience is a plus, along with the ability to safely use standard commercial kitchen equipment and prepare meals according to recipes and nutritional guidelines.

We are so excited to announce a new home for Senior Nutrition in Cle Elum!

FISH Senior Nutrition lunches at the Upper Kittitas County Senior Center will conclude on August 31.

After a short break, lunches will resume on Tuesday, September 8 at:

Dru Bru
1015 E. 2nd Street, Cle Elum
Tuesday–Thursday | 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

We are incredibly grateful to Dru Bru for welcoming FISH Senior Nutrition and making space for our Upper County seniors. Their generosity allows this important program to continue in Cle Elum, giving local seniors a place to enjoy a fresh, scratch-made meal and time together.

A huge thank you to the Dru Bru team for stepping up for our community!

Meals are free for adults 60+, with a suggested donation welcomed but never required. New participants can register on site and enjoy lunch the same day.

Please help us spread the word about our new Cle Elum home!

FISH Fourth of July Holiday Schedule

Please note the following schedule for the Independence Day holiday:

Food Pantry & Open Table
• Open regular hours Monday-Thursday
• Closed Friday, July 3 (Independence Day observed)

Roslyn Mobile Pantry
• Thursday distribution will take place as scheduled.

Picnic in the Park Summer Meals
• Meal packs will be available Monday through Friday, including Friday, July 3.
• There will be no Saturday meal pickup on July 4.
• Families who normally pick up meals on Saturday can email [email protected] to arrange pickup at a different location this week.
