St. Charles Seminary Ruins The St. Charles Seminary Ruins are what remains from the 1911 fire that destroyed the seminary. They are private property, owned by the Terra Maria HOA.

Fall is approaching which means it's time to start thinking about holiday cards! Just a reminder that photographers and non-residents need to obtain a permit in order to use the structure for any type of photography. Use of the Ruins requires approval and a $50 donation to the" Friends of St. Charles Seminary Ruins" restoration fund.
