February 19, 2026 – Michael Plastino
Michael Plastino is a Program Manager for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). An environmental engineer by training, he has led major data-system modernization efforts and collaborated with federal, state, tribal, and territorial partners. In his classification talk, he will highlight his 27-year career in public service and his commitment to environmental protection.
March 5, 2026 – Liz Walsh, Howard County Councilwoman
Councilwoman Liz Walsh will provide an update on current county initiatives, legislative priorities, infrastructure projects, public services, and community development efforts affecting Howard County residents. Her presentation will offer insight into leadership goals, future planning, and civic engagement opportunities.
March 19, 2026 – Steve Springer
Steve Springer is Head of School at St. John’s Parish Day School, with a 33-year career in education and prior Peace Corps service in Guatemala. He is a published author, accomplished artist, and animal-rescue advocate who now lives on a small farm in Woodbine. He will share his leadership philosophy and how his diverse experiences shape his commitment to students and community.
