How do you qualify?

✅ Income Requirements: Household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

✅ Income Limits: As a tax credit community, your total gross household income must fall within the maximum income limit based on your household size.

✅ Background Screening: All applicants must successfully complete a credit and criminal background check.

✅ Rental History: A three-year landlord history is required. Applicants cannot have:

Outstanding balances owed to a previous landlord
An eviction within the past seven years

✅ Self-Employed or 1099 Income: If you are self-employed or receive 1099 income, you must provide documentation verifying your earnings and proof that required taxes have been filed. As a tax credit community, we are required to verify income according to IRS and program guidelines.

Holly is proud to call Ellijay home. She and her husband live in the surrounding community, where they enjoy spending time with their family.

When she's not at the community, Holly loves making memories with her grandchildren, traveling and celebrating her favorite holiday—Christmas. For Holly, there's nothing better than gathering with family around the table and enjoying time together.
