Emotional Health Awareness Talk on Wednesday, June 24th form 11am-12:30pm.
Topic: Anxiety: How to Recognize it and tips for managing it. Emotional Health is about understanding feelings and maintaining a sense of inner peace. Presenter Jamie Probst has 20 years of experience with helping people heal emotionally through his work with Hospice as a grief presenter and as a counselor & Social Worker. There is no registration needed and there will be plenty of time to ask questions. We also have books available on this and other related topics.

Our Adult Book Club is meeting this coming Thursday, June 18th at 11am. They are discussing Mud Lake by local author T.J. Buck. We always welcome new members. The group chooses by consensus their book titles and the library places holds for the members. In fact, they meet regularly on the third Thursday of the month. Same time. Looking for a book club to join? Try us!

It's June 15! What's happening at the Library today? At 11am our Sewers/Crafters group meet in the Community Room. Bring your works in progress and come join them. 3:30pm our Chair Yoga group meets. No yoga mats, registration or experience needed. Everyone is invited to come. And of course your friendly librarians are there until 7pm waiting for see you- at the Library!

The Ellington Farman Library Board of Trustees will meet on Monday, June 22 at 6pm. These are open meetings and any member of the public is welcome to attend. We are also looking for new people to join our board. The Board of Library Trustees supports and advocates for the Library, helping to guide long-range planning, policies, community engagement, and stewardship of library resources and services. If you are community/civic minded, have a love of libraries and want to help guide us into the future, then we might have a place just for you! Stop in the library for more information.
