These ladies bid farewell to their time as athletes at Ellis High School with another state trophy. Sienna Schmidt, Avery Boydston, and Payten Burd completed their track careers with four regional championships, three state trophies (2024 State Runners-Up, 2025 State Champions, & 2026 State Runners-Up), and three school records (4x8, 1600, & 3200). You will be missed, but your legacy will be remembered. Thank you, ladies!! Railer Pride!!

Sorry for the late post! The 2026 KSHSAA Track & Field Championships didn't conclude until 11:30 last night due to two lightning delays.

While the Ellis Lady Railroaders fell just short of defending last year's title, they showed incredible grit, determination, and heart on their way to earning the 1A Track & Field Runner-Up Championship!

Congratulations, ladies, on an outstanding performance and a fantastic season. We are proud of all your hard work and accomplishments.
