Meet Terrell, the culinary genius behind the popular new restaurant at The Exchange! 💖 Inspired by his daughter’s nickname, Bookie, this talented chef left a 9-year law enforcement career to follow his passion for cooking.

🍽️ Showcasing a wide variety of food options at his restaurant, we asked him what's his most popular dish as well as his favorite. "Definitely the Mac Bowls and the Catfish Plates are the most popular. As Far as my favorite dish? I'm gonna have to go with the Cajun Jerk Chicken Pasta! Don't be surprised if it shows up as a special on the menu one day😉"

Last question we asked him was what do you think is the dish that people sleep on the most? His response might make you giggle. "All of the dishes are popular; the only thing being slept on is a bed after eating my food lol!"🍴✨
