Let's dream big for the Ellsworth Public Library! I am creating a Dream Wish List for this year's library Summer Reading program "Plant A Seed, Read." I am creating a produce stand with play vegetables, fruits, foods etc. so that the children are able to understand the concept of how produce is grown, then harvested, then taken to the supermarket to purchase and the cooking process in their homes. Here is a few items that we need to make this happen and I'm hoping that maybe some people might have these items and no longer use them. We would be thrilled if these items could be donated to the library. If you have any questions, contact the library at 515-836-4852
Thank You for reading this post. We enjoy seeing our community at the library! The deadline is June 6, 2026.

The Ellsworth Public Library is creating a Dream Wish List for this years summer reading program "Plant a Seed, Read. The idea is to create a produce market for children to understand the concept of planting, harvesting, purchasing, and cooking their vegetables, fruits, and other produce items. I plan on calling it the "Little Farmer's Produce Stand & Cookery." These are a few items that are on our wish list and if anyone has any of these items and would like to donate them to the library, I would be truly grateful. We enjoy having our community stop into the library. If you have any questions, Please call Roxann at 515-836-4852. Our deadine would be June 6, 2026. Thanks Again!
