Affordable housing starts with a completed application.

Wheeling Housing Authority offers rent based on 30 percent of your adjusted income or a flat rent option. Eligibility includes being 18 or older and meeting income limits. Apply now while the waiting lists are open. Keep your contact info updated by calling 304-242-4447 ext. 1000.
