Plot day is less than a week away! We will have corn and bean plants for you to examine along with additional information about the different varieties from a certified crop advisor. We look forward to answering any questions you may have about what will work best for you. We will raffle off some great prizes as well. The shed will be open at 5 and the meal will be served at 6. We hope you all had a joyful and peaceful Christmas with family. As the New Year approaches, we are excited about the upcoming planting season. We had great weather and a great turnout for plot day this year. I want to thank everyone that came to see what NC+ has to offer. A special thank you to Mark Lofing for being there to share his expertise on the corn varieties.

The corn plots are far enough along to really see some differences in the varieties. The signs are up so go check them out. One plot is located on Camp Wood Road about a mile south of Elmdale. The other is located on LP Road 1/4 mile off Highway 50 across from Cottonwood Valley Seeds Headquarters. Contact Brock if you’d like him to meet you at the plots and answer any questions you have.
