The "Elmira Gateway Feasibility Study" helps us reimagine the main entryways to the City of Elmira, at East Church St and East Water St.

The study looks at "how to create a safer, more attractive and welcoming gateway that works for everyone, drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians alike."

It's through public engagement events such as this that leaders and policymakers seek your input and is a chance for the community to help shape the places people live and work!
