The senior citizens will be open tomorrow for lunch at 11:30 am. We will have ham, hash brown casserole, green beans and salad bar. We will be closed the rest of the month of June. We had previously scheduled the 18th and 25th off for vacation, but due to some important appointments, we will be closed on the 11th as well. See you guys tomorrow and then again in July🙏🏻🕊️❤️

FROM THE COOK: Just want to say how grateful I am that my son lived through this accident last Friday night 🙏🏻🕊️🙌🏼 he just got out of his second surgery and we will be in the hospital another couple of days. Tom and David and all the crew will take care of the baked potato bar this Thursday. I am so grateful for the volunteers we have at the center!!🙌🏼🕊️🙏🏻 I couldn't do this alone🙏🏻🕊️ so yall eat a tater for me and I'll see yall next week. We will probably do something easy for June 4 & 11. Just a reminder that we had planned on being closed anyway the 18th and the 25th for vacation. I love my folks at the center and I know you guys will remember Dalton in prayer🙏🏻🕊️ he will need 10 weeks of no weight bearing on his right leg. We will take it one day at a time, one Thursday at a time. Thank you Elmore City Senior Citizens family. You are the best 🙌🏼🕊️🙏🏻

We've got a few changes for tomorrow. We've set the tables different to fit a few more people in. We are so happy we have the crowd we do and we want everyone to be able to find a chair. Plates, silverware and napkins will be in a different spot and we will be taking out the stage to make that overflow area safer. The stage removal will happen Friday. Oldpolecats Country-Band we hope this will be okay with your crowd as well. It might make it easier on your band. Just a heads up that the senior citizens will be taking a two week vacation in June, so we will not have lunch on June 18 or 25th. We will be back July 2nd to celebrate Independence Day. Lots going on at the center!! See you guys tomorrow for sandwich and chip day🙏🏻🕊️💕

Trivia Question for the day: How long does it take to fry 468 chicken tenders in 4 Blue Daisy professional skillets?.....Answer: 2 hrs and 40 min. ( I think I could have done it in 2hrs and 30 min. but I had a hot grease to the eyeball incident that required Tom Rollings' first responder skills 😂🤣) see yall for lunch at 11:30 am!!
