Exciting day in Poughkeepsie as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Wallace Campus project!

We’re proud to see this important development moving forward and grateful to stand alongside incredible partners committed to expanding housing opportunities and investing in stronger communities.

This project took many years of careful planning and community input. Without access to capital, projects like this cannot move from vision to reality. CCNY’s participation alongside Leviticus Fund helped provide the financing needed to support this important development. When CDFIs collaborate, projects gain the capital they need to bring their plans to life and create meaningful impact in the communities they serve.

We’re excited to be part of the NYS Projects Pop-Up Series: Queens, where you can connect directly with companies leading major development projects across the borough. This is a great opportunity to build relationships, learn about upcoming procurement opportunities, and access technical support to grow your business.

Community Capital New York is pleased to welcome Leigh Ann Shelton as our new Director of Finance.

Leigh Ann brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across CDFIs, nonprofit organizations, and complex multi-entity structures. She has a strong background in financial planning, liquidity management, audit oversight, and compliance.

In her role, Leigh Ann will help strengthen our financial operations and support our continued growth as we expand access to capital for small businesses and underserved communities across New York.

We are excited to have her as part of the team.
