*Executive Meeting, Tuesday, June 16 @ 3:30 to review resumes received for current vacancy of part time Street Utility Technician. This Meeting is not open to the public and is to be held at Town Hall.

*Special Meeting, Wednesday, June 17 @ 3:30 open to public. Meeting is to discuss current vacancy of part time Street Utility Technician and hiring of this position. This meeting will be held at Town Hall.

PART-TIME POSITION IN ELNORA
Elnora is Hiring a part time town employee - this is a seasonal position with 25-30 hours per week during normal business hours. The main requirement is to mow and w**d eat town property. Other duties are to maintenance mowers and other equipment owned by the town, assist with other tasks as needed on town streets or buildings. That could include filling in potholes, removing w**ds, replacing light bulbs and other tasks as needed. This position could also include snow removal as needed. The Town of Elnora is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and community-focused Clerk-Treasurer to join our leadership team. This is a key position responsible for managing the municipality’s financial records, official documents, utilities, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports.
Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and preserve official meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions.
Oversee licensing, permits, and public records requests.
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong bookkeeping/accounting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and integrity in handling public funds.
Prior municipal or government experience preferred, but not required.

6/4/26 UPDATE:we have found some checks have not been posted either. Please be patient as we continue to work on this issue.
6/3/26 UPDATE: we have found that some of the Credit card payments were not posted for May if your bill has a previous balance but you paid on line last month this could be why, we are currently working on this issue.

6/2/26 Water Bills: were mailed today. Your total will be an estimation from previous usage. Dates May 1st thru June 2nd 2026
