🚨 CALLING ALL VENDORS! 🚨

Are you looking to connect with the community at City of Eloy events? If you serve delicious food, sweet treats, refreshing beverages, sell merchandise or toys, or represent a business or community organization, we invite you to possibly become a vendor at our City-sponsored events!

The City of Eloy Community Services is now accepting applications for our Vendor Interest List for Fall 2026 and Spring/Summer 2027 City-sponsored events.

⏰ Fall Vendor Application Deadline: Friday, September 4, 2026
Vendors will be notified the following week of the events they have been selected for, based on their interest and availability.

✅ All vendors must have a valid City of Eloy Business License.
✅ Food vendors must have a valid Pinal County Mobile Food License.

Want to be part of the fun and participate as an individual, family, business, or organization? We are currently recruiting participants for our Trunk or Treat area at this year’s Harvest Festival!

🚗 Don’t have a vehicle? No problem! Set up a booth, table, or canopy and join in on the fun too!

Decorate your space, get creative, pass out candy, and enjoy a fun evening with our community! 🍬🎃
