💜🌿 Adult Grief Support Group 🌿💜

Grief can be overwhelming, and during difficult seasons, we often forget to offer ourselves the same kindness we so freely give to others. This week, our Adult Grief Support Group will focus on the healing practice of self-compassion through the creation of personalized affirmation and encouragement cards.

Together, participants will:
✨ Reflect on their grief journey in a safe and supportive space
✨ Create meaningful self-compassion cards with words of encouragement and hope
✨ Explore ways to practice kindness toward themselves during difficult moments
✨ Connect with others who understand the experience of loss
✨ Leave with reminders of strength, healing, and resilience

Healing does not mean forgetting. It means learning to carry our love, memories, and loss with gentleness and grace. Sometimes the words we need most are the words we give ourselves.

💜 Children’s Grief Support Group 💜

Grief can be difficult for children to understand and express. This week, our young participants will create a special heart filled with memories, feelings, and the people who help them feel loved and supported.

Through this creative activity, children will:
✨ Remember and honor loved ones they miss
✨ Share favorite memories
✨ Express feelings in a safe and supportive environment
✨ Identify the people and things that bring comfort and healing

This gentle, age-appropriate activity encourages meaningful conversations and helps children build healthy ways to process grief while connecting with others who may have similar experiences.
