Ely Community Resource Ely Community Resource has worked with children and youth since 1978. There are no fees for program participation.

The program evolved from the commitment of a number of citizen groups concerned about the problems young people in the Ely area were experiencing.

Ely Recreation Center

The Ely Recreation Center is open to youth from 5th grade through 12th grade to hang out with their friends in a fun, safe, and respectful environment. There are multiple flat screen tv's, a projector screen to watch movies, foosball, air hockey, pool, ping-pong, and many different board games available for use. In the Fall and Spring there is a basketball court and open field to play soccer and other games. During the winter the court and field become ice rinks to skate on. Planned activities change weekly so check the posters at school or the Ely Community Resource calender online for up to date schedules.
