We’re recruiting Care Connection Respite Providers!

Do you have experience working with children, teens, families, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, education, social services, or simply have the patience, reliability, and compassion to support a family who needs a break?

The Lorain County Care Connection Respite Program is building a pool of community respite providers to support local families.

Paid opportunities ranging from $25–$35/hour, with additional differentials available for qualifying circumstances

Flexible opportunities based on your availability

Families and providers have an opportunity to determine whether the match is a good fit

Training and support provided through the program

It’s a great day to bring the family to the Lorain County Fair, with fun activities for kids happening throughout the fairgrounds, along with all of the rides, animals, exhibits, and favorite fair foods everyone enjoys.

Our friends at Rays of Play have some wonderful Back-to-School groups coming up for children ages 2–6! From their NEW Open Play sessions to inclusive preschool playgroups, these opportunities are designed to support creativity, social skills, motor development, confidence, and more—all through the power of play. 🌟
