Regional Beach Access Parking Permits for Emerald Isle taxpayers, and other select groups, will be available online starting March 1.

Beginning April 1, you will also be able to apply for these permits in person. Please note, due to high demand, same-day service may not be available.

Paid beach parking will begin on on April 15 and will run through September 15. You can find more details here: www.emeraldisle-nc.org/191/Paid-Beach-Parking

Notice of Unclaimed Property:

The Emerald Isle Police Department is disposing of unclaimed found and recovered property. The following listed items need to be described and claimed at the Emerald Isle Police Department within 30 days of this posting. An appointment can be made with Lt. Mark Odom for inquiries of property, by emailing [email protected] or calling 252-354-2021, ext. 5563. Any unclaimed property will be sold or otherwise disposed of. All bicycles left unclaimed will be donated to a charitable organization.
