We are pleased to share this month's artist-in-residence at RCCD Bay Street:

East Bay Artist Circle is a group of artists offering generative events such as critiques, shows, and artist talks that aim to build a resilient and supportive art community.

Alex Bowman is a painter, illustrator and muralist whose figurative works explore collective identity and togetherness.

Anjelica Colliard is a mixed media artist, printmaker and muralist who explores our connection with nature and ourselves through their work.

Heather Hardison is a muralist and sign painter whose work explores human connection and community.

We created East Bay Artist Circle to help artists find the support and connection that sustain long - term creative work. Our goal is to facilitate regular, in person meetups for East Bay artists. We start with small critique circles and build outward into larger gatherings that include exhibitions, artist talks, and other community-driven events.

We believe that consistent, offline exchange strengthens our resilience as artists. By showing up for one another, we reduce our reliance on digital spaces, deepen our relationships, and contribute to a thriving East Bay art scene.

Join us for their three key events:
6/20 1-4pm: East Bay Artist Circle: Salon
6/28 1-4pm East Bay Artist Circle: Community Critique Group
7/11-2-6pm East Bay Artist Circle: Closing Party
