A healthy smile is more than just clean teeth — good dental hygiene is an important part of overall health! 🦷✨

Brushing twice a day, flossing daily, drinking water, and visiting the dentist regularly can help prevent cavities, gum disease, bad breath, and other health problems.

Good oral health can also support:
✔️ Better confidence
✔️ Easier eating and speaking
✔️ Healthier gums and teeth
✔️ Overall wellness

Don’t forget to replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months and encourage healthy habits for the whole family.
A few minutes of care each day can lead to a lifetime of healthy smiles! 😁💙

Did you know diseases are often grouped into two main categories: communicable and non-communicable?

🦠Communicable Diseases
These can spread from person to person, through the air, food, water, or insects.

These include:
• Flu
• COVID-19
• Tuberculosis
• Chickenpox
• Measles

❤️Non-Communicable Diseases
These do not spread from person to person and are often linked to genetics, lifestyle, or environmental factors.

These include:
• Diabetes
• Heart disease
• Cancer
• Asthma
• High blood pressure

Prevention matters for both types — through vaccinations, healthy habits, regular checkups, and early treatment. Stay informed and take care of your health! 🌟
