Today is the day! We know how vital access to Healthcare resources is to residents so we hope to see the community at 6pm.

The Cameron County Board of Commissioners is pleased to partner with the Office of Rural Health and the Pennsylvania Rural Health Association to host a Pennsylvania Rural Health Plan Community Town Hall on Wednesday, August 19, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Cameron County High School Auditorium. The event is open to everyone.

This is an opportunity for residents to share their perspectives on the healthcare challenges and opportunities facing our rural communities. Your input will help inform planning efforts focused on improving access to healthcare, behavioral health services, transportation, housing, broadband, workforce development, and other priorities important to rural Pennsylvania.

Your voice matters. We encourage everyone to attend, share their perspectives, and help shape the future of healthcare in Cameron County & rural Pennsylvania.

Light refreshments will be provided.

🧑‍⚖️When? THIS FRIDAY 8/14/26 from 12pm-4pm.

👩‍⚖️Where? At the Cameron County Courthouse.

👨‍⚖️Why? Because they nicely asked us to set up there and we want to stay on the good side of the law. 😉

🗒️What? Cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, pulled pork sandwiches, mountain fries, regular fries, and (✨New Item To The Menu✨) NYC pastrami.

We will be proudly serving you yet again, Emporium! Please help us spread the word by sharing this post… and please make pulling the food trailer up that hill worth it by paying us a visit on Friday afternoon! Thank you.

The Cameron County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of a certain Ordinance identified hereinafter after said public hearing regarding the proposed Ordinance at a specially scheduled public meeting to be held on June 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room located on the first floor of the Cameron County Courthouse, 20 East Fifth Street, Emporium, PA 15834.
A proposed Ordinance, to become effective upon enactment, is as entitled follows:
AN ORDINANCE ADDENDUM TO ORDINANCE NO. 95-1 of 1995, KNOWN AS
THE SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF CAMERON COUNTY, TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF DATA CENTERS AND DATA CENTER ACCESSORY USES.
