Freedom Island, reestablished in 2015 after the flood of 2011 took down the flag, but not the spirit of the American Freedom! This page is dedicated to those who love freedom and want to see this flag continue to wave proudly for all to see.

Thirty-thousand dollars worth of ma*****na has been removed from an island on the Susquehanna River in Owego, according to New York State Police.

Well, the flag and pole got washed away with this last "flood". So, the gang and I will have to replace it when the river is safe enough to let us!!!
