Growing up, I delivered the Press & Sun Bulletin to my neighbors every morning, and there were often headlines about Upstate New York’s job losses right next to headlines about Wall Street’s capital gains.

We were sold out as corporations shipped jobs overseas, where labor was cheap and profits were high. It’s time for change. We need to invest in cutting-edge jobs right here in Upstate New York and when I’m in Congress, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
