It's almost that time of year again!!

Fall Open Enrollment is just around the corner. By September 30, Medicare Advantage and Part D plans should send members an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and an Evidence of Coverage (EOC).

These documents explain important changes to costs, provider networks, and prescription drug coverage for the upcoming plan year. Understanding these notices can help people with Medicare make informed coverage decisions during Open Enrollment.

You never need to make a snap decision on these things. HANG UP and call the dedicated number you know to be true. NOT the numbers that the caller gives you. These scams are getting more and more complex so pausing it and check independently the validity of something is never a bad thing. If you are unsure, reach out to your bank, your local Office for Aging, or AOP!

Bring them down to AOP on August 21st from 2-4 pm to have them recycled properly!
