Recently, I joined representatives from the 9 other counties at the "Thunder Over New Hampshire" Air Show at the Pease Air National Guard Base down in Newington. The Air Guard has just added 12 KC-46 Pegasus tankers to its refueling fleet and a tanker was named after each of the counties. It was a very impressive event, and I was honored to be invited and to represent Grafton County. We have a very impressive, dedicated, and hard-working Air National Guard. Thank you to these men and women for a wonderful day.

The Grafton County Commission is proud to be a part of the effort to expand Broadband throughout Grafton County. We know that increased access to high-speed reliable fiber will help residents connect to Telehealth services and education and career opportunities, and will assist economic development throughout the county. We celebrate with the town of Bristol who pioneered this effort!

Had a wonderful time at Old Home Day in my hometown of Seabrook, NH, with state representative Aboul B. Khan and the Board of Selectmen, as well the crew of "Ye Olde Clam Stand." Fabulous seafood!

On Monday, the Grafton County Delegation passed the FY22 Budget by a vote of 25-1. This was a striking show of bipartisanship, first by the Grafton County Board of Commissioners and then by the Delegation. It's important to lead from the center!

The FY22 budget offers a 0% tax increase, raises spending by just $145,209.00, and ensures that quality services are delivered to all residents.

As Chair of the Commission, I thank the Executive Committee and Delegation for continuing the work that we began and respecting our vision. The bipartisan FY22 budget that was passed unanimously by the Commissioners is a credit to the work of all, including County Department Heads, Elected Officials, and essential workers during this pandemic year. Most importantly, it is fair, appreciative, and respectful of the residents of Grafton County.

Thank you to the Delegation for their bipartisan support and to the voters of Grafton County for their trust.
