Shaker Field Dog Park The Shaker Field Dog Park is a fenced, off-leash dog park located in Enfield, NH. It is free and open to the public dawn to dusk daily. www.mvdps.org

With these warm days, the park will likely be closed starting tomorrow or Wednesday. We generally close during mud season so the grass has a chance to grow. If the temperatures drop back below freezing, we may open up again for a short while until spring has officially arrived. We need to protect our beautiful grass!

CAUTION! The high traffic areas around the entrances to each park are solid ice right now. If you're coming to the park, please walk very carefully!
After it snows we'll have snow on top of slippery ice, please don't forget to be cautious then as well.
We recommend you stand further out in the parks because dogs tend to play around their owners and we want to be sure they're not slipping on the ice and getting hurt, either.

We have a MATCH CHALLENGE!! Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, 12/2. It's the day we ask people to help non-profits before they start buying for the holidays. Our park is run solely by charitable contribution and membership dues. Your support helps keep the park open.
Every dollar donated on the 2nd will be matched, up to $2,000.
These donations cover mowing, supplies, snow plowing and repairs. Help us stay open so your dogs have a safe place to come and play!

For nearly 10 years, Shaker Field Dog Park has been a place for wagging tails, muddy paws, and joyful community. 💚

But right now, we’re facing a tough decision. Without extra support, we may need to close for the winter to preserve funds for next year—our 10th anniversary season. 🎉

We’re run entirely by volunteers through Mascoma Valley Dog Park Supporters (MVDPS), and as a non-profit, every dollar truly matters.

You've been asking and the day is FINALLY here!! We've opened the parks back up! Mud season is firmly behind us (black fly season is quickly approaching) and the ground is firm enough for some puppy romps.
