Visions for Creative Housing Solutions is the recognized leader in providing permanent, secure homes to Upper Valley adults with developmental disabilities and similar disabling conditions. With two existing locations, and a third under development, Visions’ model has proven to promote self-determination, autonomy, and independence by providing tailored support that helps residents grow and thrive

. Living among a caring circle of friends, with individualized wrap-around support services, allows each person to lead an engaged and fulfilled life, as a contributing member of our community. Through the successful implementation of the Visions model at both the flagship Enfield location, and the newly opened Green Street location in Lebanon, Visions has developed a financially solvent business model with a history of demonstrating long-term sustainability. Visions successfully provides permanent apartment-based housing and lifelong support to our community’s most vulnerable citizens.
