The City of Enid is partnering with Our Blood Institute (OBI) for a blood drive on:

Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2026
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Enid Police Department Training Center, 401 W. State, Enid, OK

If you are currently on a City of Enid payment plan for tickets or warrants, this is an opportunity to receive a credit toward your City of Enid fines.

Fine Credit Available
Whole blood donation: $100 credit
RBCP / Doubles donation (Red Blood Cells and Plasma): $200 credit
Important:
OBI staff will determine whether you are eligible to donate whole blood or RBCP/Doubles.

Donors may also receive free OBI donor items, which may include:

Snacks
