ARRESTED ***DOC Escapee Kyle McAnally ***

This afternoon the Garfield County Sheriffs Office was advised of a DOC Inmate who walked off and escaped DOC Custody around the Woodring Airport, Enid Okla.

Deputies assisted DOC in searching for the suspect, identified as Kyle McAnally and was unable to locate.

This evening, DOC and GCSO Deputies started another search for the individual in the same area.

The suspect was later located by a passerby who reported the individual being located near 42nd & Hwy 412 at the Loves Truck Stop.

Kyle McAnally was arrested by deputies and investigators at approximately 1015pm. McAnally is back in DOC CUSTODY.

Garfield County Sheriff’s Office Conducts Human Trafficking Operation Following Advanced Training

On July 10, 2026, the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office conducted a proactive human trafficking operation following completion of the Advanced Human Trafficking training hosted by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office and presented by Skull Games Solutions in partnership with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Response Unit (HTRU).

As a result of the operation, Coradino Rosato, Jack Ramey, Dan Spalding, and Steven Byrum were taken into custody and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution and Violations of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

Additionally, potential victims of s*x trafficking, as well as their traffickers have been identified for further investigation.

The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to identifying and protecting victims of human trafficking while holding those who create the demand for commercial s*xual exploitation accountable. Through strong partnerships and intelligence-led enforcement, participating agencies continue working to disrupt trafficking networks and safeguard vulnerable members of our community.

You will never receive a call from our agency asking for payment in regards to any "tickets", "warrants", "missed jury duty", etc. We will also never ask for payment via gift cards, bitcoin, apple pay, Cash App, Venmo, etc for the reasons above.

Once again, it has come to our attention that someone impersonating various Garfield County Sheriff's Office personnel and spoofing our office phone number is calling citizens and advising them that they have a warrant for their arrest or owe money for tickets. The person doing this makes claims that you must pay for your "warrant" or "ticket" to avoid being arrested. THIS IS A SCAM! HANG UP THE PHONE.
