Mt. Vernon–Enola Elementary Library has had a wonderful 2025–2026 school year! We are so proud of all the books read, stories shared, and adventures discovered in the library this year. Our students worked hard, explored new ideas, and grew as readers every day.
Here’s a little recap of our library stats from this amazing year. Thank you to all of our students, teachers, and families for making reading such an important part of our school community.

Keep reading, kiddos, and enjoy all the adventures summer can bring. A good book can take you anywhere! We can’t wait to see everyone back next year ready for even more reading fun.

Happy Summer and Keep Reading!

We are disappointed to share that the MVE School District was not awarded the 21CCLC Afterschool Grant for the upcoming school year.

We know many of our families rely on this program, and we wanted to provide this information as soon as possible so families have time to make arrangements for their students.

While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, we will continue looking for other opportunities and resources to support our students and families.

We also want to sincerely thank our community partners who provided letters of support on behalf of the MVE School District during the application process. Your continued support of our students and programs means so much to us.

Thank you for your continued support of MVE and our students. 💙
