10/10/2026

Due to storm damage and current road conditions in the City of Enterprise, Ala., the Enterprise Recreation and Aquatics Center will be closed today, Saturday, October 10, 2026, to help ensure the safety of our members, guests and staff.

At this time, Enterprise Parks and Recreation anticipates resuming regular operating hours Sunday, October 11, weather and conditions permitting.

As crews continue working to clear roadways and address storm-related hazards, please keep travel to a minimum and give emergency responders and cleanup crews the space they need to work.

10/10/2026

The City of Enterprise, Ala. is assessing the impacts of last night’s severe weather. While our area appears to have fared relatively well overall, we are dealing with widespread impacts.

Approximately 60% of the city is currently without power. Numerous trees are down, some power lines are down, and several intersections have traffic signals that are not functioning.

City crews are working to clear roadways and remove debris. Please keep travel to a minimum while crews and emergency responders work to address these hazards.

Please remember:
- Never approach or touch downed power lines. Treat all downed lines as energized.
- Use extreme caution at intersections where traffic signals are not working. Treat dark signals as all-way stops.
- Give emergency responders and cleanup crews plenty of room to work.
- Do not drive around barricades or through areas blocked by debris or downed lines.

We appreciate your patience as crews work to clear roadways and address storm-related issues. Please stay safe and allow our first responders and utility crews the space they need to do their jobs.
