We’re hiring!

Wallowa Land Trust is looking for a Development Manager to join our team.

Here’s the important part: you don’t need to come to us with a career in nonprofit fundraising.

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, curious, strategic, comfortable with people and technology, and able to turn ideas into action. Fundraising experience is certainly welcome—but we’re equally interested in someone with strong transferable skills and the capacity and desire to learn.

And we mean that. Wallowa Land Trust has dedicated significant resources to training, mentorship, and professional development for this position. We are prepared to invest in the right person.

This is a full-time (36 hours/week), permanent position based in our Enterprise office, with a salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and other benefits.

If you know someone who might be a great fit—even if they’ve never thought of themselves as a fundraiser—please share this with them.

Extreme fire conditions converged in suburban neighborhoods built into the forests, shrubland and grasslands and quickly spread.
