We are excited to welcome Jack Mong, the Summer Economic Development Research Intern supporting both Infinite Erie and the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership.

Jack is a 2026 graduate of Penn State Behrend with concurrent majors in Political Science and Economics, focused in public policy, and grew up right here in Erie, PA. He is passionate about the Erie Region and wants to help support the growth and prosperity of his hometown through this work.

Jack will help both organizations through his research, data and analytic analysis, and connections as he works to understand Erie’s industries, projects, and current planning efforts. We are thrilled to have him on the team!

Early last week a bus carrying Erie’s business, civic and community leaders departed from the city’s waterfront and headed to Harrisburg. On board were representatives from Erie’s government, education, nonprofits, utilities and industry, all traveling with a shared schedule, coordinated priorities, and a unified message.
