Food is the center of the home, the community, and our lives.

Despite this, 1 in 7 households in Erie County face food insecurity.

We're working to change that. We believe that food doesn't just help people survive, it helps them thrive. Through our collaboration with the Second Harvest Food Bank, we're creating a Marketplace Food Pantry that will provide families the nutritious groceries and dignity they need to succeed.✨

Together, we can bring change to our community. We can ensure every neighbor has access to the services they need the most.

Tim NeCastro joined one of our valued community partners, Jennie Hagerty of the Mercy Center for Women, at Sacred Heart Church to share an update on the Washington Square Apartments and the continued work happening within our neighborhood.

Tim and Jennie share a common goal: bringing people and organizations together to better serve Erie and create meaningful, lasting impact in our community.

Keeping our community informed is incredibly important to us. As progress continues at St. Paul’s Neighborhood Center and throughout the neighborhood, we want the people we serve, our partners, parishioners and supporters to understand not only what is happening, but the bigger vision behind it.

Following an incredible Italian Festival and Erie Gives, we’re looking forward to continuing these conversations, sharing our progress and creating more opportunities for our community to be part of what’s ahead.

This we are thankful for all that our team has accomplished in the past year. We couldn’t do it without our awesome nonprofit partners across Erie. Together, we are making our communities stronger, happier, and healthier. 💙
