*HB254 . AS YOU can see, I was a NAY but
Rep. Bizzarro and all house Democrats were a yes to study WINDMILLS ON THE LAKE.
if you value LAKE ERIE and it’s fishing more than just $$$ you‘ll understand this.

While Josh Shapiro holds premature press conferences, tries to institute authoritarian police powers to enter your home at will, and flip-flops like a fish on dry land, Stacy Garrity is actually focused on improving the lives of Pennsylvanians.

Life is getting too expensive, that's why Stacy Garrity will:
✅ Cut property taxes
✅ Reduce electricity bills by unleashing PA energy
✅ Lower insurance premiums by cutting red tape
✅ Help first-time home buyers afford a home here in PA

Josh Shapiro is concerned about getting national headlines for himself. 👎
Stacy Garrity is concerned about making your life better. 🇺🇸

The choice is clear this November.

Josh Shapiro has plenty to say about data centers lately.

But $5 million speaks pretty loudly.

You can’t condemn the industry in public while cashing its checks in private.

All Pa. House Democrats voted to do a study for windmills on Lake Erie. I was a NAY and will be. leave our lake alone.
That is all.

Josh Shapiro can’t seem to decide where he stands on data centers.

First, he rolled out the welcome mat. Now, he’s criticizing the very industry he spent months championing.

Pennsylvanians deserve consistency, not a position that changes when the politics do!

Flock cameras do more than take pictures. They can create a searchable record of where you travel, when you were there and where you went next.

I plan to introduce legislation prohibiting Flock Safety cameras and similar networked license plate reader systems in Pennsylvania. Law-abiding citizens should not have their daily movements collected and stored when they are not suspected of any crime.

My proposal would protect ordinary security cameras and allow law enforcement officers to continue using vehicle-mounted license plate readers as part of their duties. Public safety matters, but it should not come at the cost of mass surveillance.

We know Shady Josh Shapiro flip-flopped on data centers and delivering school choice to the Commonwealth.

But we also remember when Shady Shapiro campaigned for Governor in 2022 by promising he would cut our taxes and deliver $250 gas tax rebates directly to Pennsylvanians who own cars.

I don't know about you, but we never received those checks.

Shady Josh Shapiro will promise anything to get elected, but the problem is, he never gets anything done.

You just can't trust Shady Josh Shapiro. 👎

"Josh Shapiro is trying to gaslight Pennsylvania families into forgetting that, one year ago, he sold them out to the highest bidders for his campaign. Not only has Josh Shapiro flip-flopped on data centers, he’s had the audacity to go on national television and trash the very people he’s collected massive campaign contributions from — calling data center developers predatory and greedy. He’s also said they’re running roughshod over communities across Pennsylvania.”

Republican gubernatorial candidate Stacy Garrity on Friday called for Gov. Josh Shapiro to return $5.7 million in political contributions from what she described as “out-of-state data center interests.” Garrity’s call came three days after Shapiro, initially a strong proponent of d...
