Built entirely from recycled and reclaimed materials, these guardians of nature will permanently put McKean County on the international troll-hunting map.

Flagship Market officially has a home.

What started as an idea to create something new for Erie’s small-business community is officially becoming a reality.

Before we ever had a location to announce, more than 150 local businesses, artists, makers, creators, and entrepreneurs submitted interest forms wanting to be part of Flagship Market.

That response has been incredible, and now it’s time to get to work.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be getting our new home ready and beginning to roll out everything you’ve been waiting for.

Florida is dominating the list of places Americans are eyeing for newly built homes, with out-of-town buyers driving more than 80% of views in several Sunshine State markets.

Lakeland leads the nation, with more than 83% of new-construction views coming from outside the metro, followed by Cape Coral at 82.4%, Port St. Lucie at 80.9% and North Port at 80.5%.

Affordability and the Sun Belt lifestyle are helping fuel the demand as Americans increasingly look beyond their local housing markets for their next home.
